At The Scent Room by SR, we take pride in the quality of our fragrances and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, please review our refund policy below:
1. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, used items cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
